What areas do you service?

We service the Metro Atlanta Area; which includes Fulton, Cobb, Douglas, Gwinnett, Paulding, Fayette, Dekalb, and Clayton

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash. However, in order to guarantee your service, we do require half deposit of  your cleaning service. Therefore, upon the completion of the service, half of the currency will be deducted from the cleaning service invoice.

What is 110% satisfaction guarantee?

In addition to going above and beyond quality cleaning and professionalism, we conduct a final walk through with each client prior to departure to ensure you are satisfied. If an issue arises after we leave, please report any complaints to

(678) 741-8158 within 24 hours of our cleaning and we will re-visit at our expense to correct any issues.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

At Naturalista Cleaning Services LLC we understand that emergencies do happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a cleaning appointment or need to reschedule please do so within 48 hours prior to your service, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged. In the event that recurring service is terminated prior to the terms of the agreement, the client will be responsible for the remaining scheduled cleaning service invoices. In order to avoid such transactions from occurring, please provide 30 days’ written notice.

Do you perform background checks?

Yes, background checks, reference checks, and drug screenings are conducted on everyone. Also,we are licensed, insured, and bonded.
